Here’s a new tool I love for recording podcasts: Zencastr.
Zencastr takes the pain out of you and your guest recording separate audio tracks for your podcast. With Zencastr, it’s as easy as:
Start a Skype / Hangout call with your guest
Send your guest a link to your Zencastr project
Get high-quality, separate track recordings of each person’s audio to use for your episode’s production
Listen, I love tools like Skype Call Recorder and Audacity — but the problem is having your guest install and configure something. With Zencastr, it’s as easy as sending them a link and you clicking record. It’s that simple.
