You’ll get you a detailed + actionable marketing plan to follow to grow your Shopify app. Altogether, this initial strategy phase will include:

  • One or two hour-long 1-on-1 working session strategy calls to collaboratively discuss your app, target market, users/user analysis, competitors (and how they’re marketing themselves), and your overall marketing strategy so far.
  • Market research on my side to identify + confirm viable marketing pathways for your app (e.g., exploring opportunities to promote your app to your target market, identifying content where we could include your app for additional exposure, content creation opportunities to promote your app).
  • Competitor research, looking at a selection of your competitors to understand how they’re approaching marketing and where we can stand on their shoulders to reach the Shopify audience. 
  • Exploring your app as a user to identify and share product issues, UX opportunities, and strategic insights

The deliverables for this initial phase will be:

  • A Marketing + Growth Plan highlighting a recommended strategy and approach to marketing and growing, based on our 1-on-1 calls, market research, and competitor research. This report will also include my ‘do this, not that’ recommendations on the highest impact/lowest effort marketing opportunities that make sense to focus on first.
  • An App UI/UX/Product Feedback report. This report will share UX, product, and strategy insights coming out of my time exploring your app.
