Working together, we’ll review the business outcomes you want to achieve over the coming months, discuss your options, set goals, and define a plan for you to get there. There are a number of benefits to working together on a marketing and growth action plan for your business.

How this works

Wondering what it’ll be like to work together? Here’s what this project will look like from start to finish.
  • You’ll start with my Business Health Analysis (as a kickoff questionnaire). Filling this out will help you put your thoughts together and help me understand your current situation and prepare for our time together.
  • Then we’ll meet for a 90-minute video or phone call. I’ll bring questions about your business, goals, and current challenges. We’ll use our time together to identify the highest-value opportunities in front of you, and the best options for your business, marketing, and growth. If you like, the conversation can be recorded and shared with you.
  • After that, I’ll record video feedback of your website, app’s marketing site, or landing page. You’ll get ~45-minutes of actionable feedback along with an action plan of what to work on first, and my top pieces of feedback.
  • Then I’ll put together your marketing + growth action plan. Your action plan will be customized to your unique business, challenges, and available resources, and packed with strategic and tactical direction on what to do to grow.
  • Finally, we’ll have a 45-minute recommendation discussion call. We’ll use this time together to answer your questions, clarify any details, and confirm your next steps.
